Returns: Just obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Care team as outlined below and follow instructions to ship it back within 5 business days of receiving your shipment, and we will reimburse you!

Your product must be in its original packaging, clearly unused and in its original state. Any product that has been used cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
If we receive an ineligible return, we will send it back to you and you will be charged for all shipping costs.
STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Send an email to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Include your order number and the items you would like to return. Once your return request is approved, our Customer Care team will email you your return authorization and the exact steps to return your product.
Upon receipt of confirmation from our Customer Care team, ship back your product in its original box - any product that has been used cannot be returned. As soon as we receive your return, we will email you to let you know we are processing your return.
Please note that we do not offer tracking services or labels for returns and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. You are welcome to use shipping methods which allow for tracking or insurance on your returns, at your own expense.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
